Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with our account executives to support their sales cycles with daily tasks like understanding profiles of new app users and the additional products & services needed for their workOS ecosystem, crafting email sequences to keep our existing clients up to date with monday.com ecosystem changes, and crafting new / updating existing sales funnels. This position avoids outreach to cold leads but rather to potential customers seeking our direction. This role is designed as a part-time internship with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and become a long-term part of our team.

Daily Goals

  • Utilizes different outreach tactics to qualify inbound leads.
  • Connect with AE's and other team members to funnel leads.
  • Monitor all App & Solution downloads for potential deals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales / customer service experience
  • Previous experience within the SaaS market
  •  Senior or recent collegiate graduate. Associates or Bachelors degree encouraged. 
  • Full-time hours, flexible schedule
  • Hybrid or remote options available
