Duties

- Manage software to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and performance metrics.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
- Familiarity with technology sales and marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively to potential clients.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and territory management strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
