Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No weekends.

Work Location: In person at our Providence, RI Location

Start Date: Early April 2026 (flexible)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Immigration Paralegal, fluent in both Spanish and English, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of immigration paralegal experience. In this vital role, you will support our mission by managing client cases and preparing a wide range of applications and evidence packets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, assemble and finalize applications and evidence packets for USCIS, including but not limited to family-based petitions and adjustment of status applications.
  • Support in the preparation for clients’ individual hearings before an Immigration Judge (EOIR).
  • Manage clients’ cases and track important deadlines/interviews/appointments
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional client communications
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy, attending webinars and training sessions as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in immigration law (Preferred)
  • At least one year of experience as a paralegal (Preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Required)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Professional phone etiquette and demeanor towards clients and colleagues
  • Ability to learn and use technology and programs like Camp Legal, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox
  • Willingness to keep up-to-date with changing US immigration laws and policies
  • Dependability, reliability, and honesty
