- Coordinate technical inputs from engineers and researchers
- Manage deadlines, compliance, and submissions
- Help build a repeatable grant pipeline
Qualifications
- Strong writing skills — clear, structured, and persuasive
- Highly organized and reliable with deadlines
- Comfortable learning technical concepts quickly
- Self-motivated; able to work with minimal oversight
- Interest in startups and building something real
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Prior grant writing or proposal experience
- Familiarity with SBIR/STTR or government funding
- Technical, science, or engineering background
Why Join
- Close-knit team, real responsibility
- Direct impact on company survival and growth
- Learn startup fundraising hands-on
- Real ownership and upside for strong performance
- Early stage. High expectations. Real work.
- You’ll get a cut of the grants that you win. And these are big grants.
