BELFOR Property Restoration, the nation’s leader in disaster recovery, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level Estimator to join our team in Pittsburgh. We restore homes, buildings, and businesses after fires, floods, and storms, and our Estimators are a key part of that mission.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn to scope and estimate property damage due to fire, water, storm, and other disasters
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and insurance adjusters
  • Perform site inspections, document damages, and use industry software to build detailed estimates
  • Communicate professionally with clients to explain scope, timing, and next steps
  • Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • College graduate with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent work ethic)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn the industry and grow professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
  • Willingness to be on job sites, work with field crews, and be client-facing
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
