A career in Logistics where none of us stand still.

The Logistics team at Haleon’s Oak Hill manufacturing facility plays a vital role in keeping materials and finished goods flowing so production can meet plan—safely, compliantly, and cost‑effectively. We manage inventory integrity and provide the data and insights that power day‑to‑day decisions on the shop floor.

As a Logistics Co‑op, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a regulated consumer product environment, contribute to real‑world logistics and materials management activities, and collaborate across departments to drive service, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll be part of the team that keeps our operations running smoothly.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

• Assist in managing on‑hand inventory for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods—helping maintain accuracy, availability, and appropriate safety stocks.

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor production targets, service levels, and inventory health; analyze trends, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities in line with site procedures and document outcomes.

• Partner across the site to gather inputs on projects, initiatives, and new product launches that could impact materials flow; help the team plan mitigations for risks and constraints.

• Track launch‑readiness material status, update action and risk logs, and escalate potential shortages with clear data and options.

• Help document process updates and standard work; contribute to accurate records in SAP and shared trackers.
