Video Technician Internship

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable summer interns to join our team of remote video technicians, who can help our customers with their current devices and apps and who can assist in the installation of new Video Hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install wireless camera systems and train customers.

● Install basic wireless security systems.

● Teach users how to use our app.

● Provide excellent customer service.

● Maintain accurate records.

● Collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Drivers license + vehicle

● Experience troubleshooting phones preferred

● Knowledge of tools/power tools is a plus

● Excellent communication skills
