Early Talent Recruiter

QXO

Job Description

We’re looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary — and reshape the future of building products distribution.

QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market-leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.

We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through consistent communication and timely updates throughout the process.
  • Support inclusive and equitable hiring practices by engaging diverse student populations and applying structured, bias-aware recruiting processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on pipeline and hiring metrics.
  • Stay up to date on early talent market trends, campus recruiting best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Potential add-ons:

  • Partner with internal teams to drive offer acceptance through engagement, follow-ups, and program-level yield strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and program stakeholders to deliver a cohesive early talent experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of early talent recruiting processes and programs through feedback, data, and post-season retrospectives.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media, content creation, and student-facing messaging.

What you’ll bring:
