Job Description 

The Patrons Oxford Internship Program offers undergraduate college students an opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of the Insurance Industry. Students selected for the program will participate in our comprehensive hybrid rotation program where they will receive training and develop their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals at Patrons Oxford. 

The purpose of the program is to provide an introduction to Property & Casualty Insurance with a central focus on underwriting and claims.

Our Summer Internship will offer you: 

Rotations in our different departments such as Accounting, Marketing, Claims, and Underwriting. 

On the job training

Eligibility & Program Details: 

College Students in an undergraduate program who are rising juniors or seniors are invited to apply 

Approximate Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026 (tentative) 

Length of the Program: 9 weeks 

Full-Time Paid Experience (37.5 hours per week) / No credits offered 

Internship will follow a hybrid work schedule, at least three days per week in the office

Application Deadline for the Summer Program is Friday, February 6th, 2026 

Interviews begin in January/February 

This position requires the student to be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

To be considered for the Summer Program at Patrons Oxford, the candidate will have the following qualifications: 

All majors welcome 

Minimum GPA of 3.2 

Interested and enthusiastic in learning about the Insurance Industry

Strong oral and written English communication skills
