AT&T Team Member Core Duties:
- Cultivate client relationships through direct engagement and sales techniques.
- Pinpoint customer requirements and offer customized AT&T Wireless solutions to boost business connectivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Administer and expand accounts, striving to achieve both personal and collective sales targets.
- Work alongside fellow Retail Sales Associates to formulate impactful outreach plans and bolster brand expansion.
- Acquire comprehensive product expertise and deliver services with assurance and professionalism.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
