Entry Level Sales Associate

What You’ll Be Doing as an Entry Level Sales Associate:

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll have the chance to develop and refine your sales skills while managing accounts, developing relationships with clients, and helping drive sales growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior sales leaders to learn the ropes and take on increasingly challenging projects. Whether you’re identifying new opportunities, closing deals, or managing existing accounts, your work will contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities for an Entry Level Sales Associate:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure satisfaction at all levels
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Support senior sales managers in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Track client interactions, follow-ups, and progress using CRM software
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials for clients
  • Coordinate with other teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to meet client needs.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of sales activities and goals
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training to enhance your skills as a Entry Level Sales Associate

Qualifications for an Entry Level Sales Associate:

  • Entry-level position; previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and developing in the sales field
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts
