As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, high-energy entry-level Recruiter to join our team and build a career in talent acquisition, marketing, and professional communications within the construction industry.

Position Summary

This is an in-office, entry-level recruiting role ideal for a recent college graduate interested in marketing, communications, sales, or business development. You will be trained to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for industrial construction positions, working closely with experienced leaders and hiring managers.

The perfect candidate will be driven, organized, people-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do

• Market open positions to attract qualified candidates through job boards, outreach, and referrals
• Source and engage candidates using communication and branding strategies
• Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Assist with writing and managing job postings and recruiting campaigns
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Build talent pipelines for current and future projects nationwide
• Represent PIC at job fairs, college events, and recruiting events
• Support onboarding and new-hire coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Recent college graduate or entry-level candidate
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, confidence, and professional presence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to grow
• Comfortable working on-site in our Woodland, WA office
