As we continue to grow into a “super-house” creative agency, we are seeking a highly capable Executive Administrative Assistant Intern to work directly alongside our CEO and leadership team.
Position Overview
This is not a traditional administrative internship.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant Intern, you will shadow the CEO, learn how a high-performing creative agency is run from the inside, and play a key role in organizing operations, communication, and execution across Kingdom Culture Agency.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, sharp, and well-rounded individual who wants exposure to executive leadership, agency operations, creative production, strategy, and business systems.
You will be trained to think like an operator, strategist, and leader.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operations
Shadow the CEO in meetings, production days, and strategy sessions
Manage calendars, scheduling, follow-ups, and internal communications
Assist with email management and organization
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action-item summaries
Help organize SOPs, workflows, and internal systems
Agency Organization & Administration
Support onboarding and offboarding of partners, interns, and contractors
Maintain Google Drive systems, documents, and shared folders
Assist with tracking KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables
Help organize proposals, contracts, and internal documentation
Creative & Production Support
Learn how to build and review production outlines and shot lists
Assist in coordinating content creation sessions and productions
Support creative directors, editors, and social media managers
Help prepare assets and materials for partners and campaigns
Social Media & Digital Support
Assist with managing and organizing social media accounts
Help schedule content and track performance metrics
Support subscriber uploads and website updates (Squarespace/WordPress)
Learn platform optimization and digital brand management

Qualifications
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Calendars, Drive, basic CRM tools)
Interest in business, marketing, branding, operations, or leadership
Professional, adaptable, and eager to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Compensation & Internship Details
Bonuses: Available if KPIs are met
Position Type: Internship
Schedule: Flexible (15–20 hours/week typical)
Confidentiality: Role may be discontinued immediately if confidentiality or conduct standards are violated
