AT&T Sales Assistant

As an AT&T Sales Assistant, the responsibilities will include serving as a key assistant of our services, creating meaningful connections with customers, assisting them in navigating their wireless options, and ensuring they choose the best services for them to stay connected. This AT&T Sales Assistant role is perfect for someone who excels at problem-solving, and has a genuine passion for working with others. This role will also include creating communication gateways for our customers on their new wireless services. AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through engagements and interactions. 
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements
  • Handle customer accounts, including any updates, providing billing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • The AT&T Sales Assistant will be assisting customers with their processing their wireless orders from start to finish 
  • Stay up-to-date on the company’s services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information and help customers make informed decisions.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and account updates in the company’s system.

AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred; technology sales is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Comfortable using electronic devices and basic software tools
  • Provide outstanding service and deliver positive customer experiences
