AT&T Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through engagements and interactions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements
- Handle customer accounts, including any updates, providing billing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- The AT&T Sales Assistant will be assisting customers with their processing their wireless orders from start to finish
- Stay up-to-date on the company’s services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information and help customers make informed decisions.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and account updates in the company’s system.
AT&T Sales Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred; technology sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Comfortable using electronic devices and basic software tools
