Visual Merchandising Manager / Content Creator & Strategist/ Store Manager

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager / Content Creator & Strategist to lead the aesthetic presentation of our boutique and brand across all platforms. This hybrid role combines hands-on visual merchandising with digital content creation and strategy. You will be responsible for the look and feel of our store, social media, website, and marketing materials—ensuring everything aligns with our brand story and drives engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising (In-Store):

  • Design and execute visually compelling floor sets, window displays, and product layouts to enhance the shopping experience and maximize sales.
  • Monitor inventory flow and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain visual standards and ensure consistency across all retail touchpoints.
  • Work closely with sales associates to maintain how products are arranged and presented, including the overall store layout. 

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate on and produce lifestyle shoots, flat lays, styling reels, try-on videos, behind-the-scenes stories, etc.
  • Style looks that reflect the brand aesthetic for marketing and social content.

Content Strategy & Marketing:

  • Develop and manage a daily content calendar aligned with product drops, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on insights and analytics.
  • Support email marketing campaigns with visuals and copy that drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the owner and marketing manager on brand storytelling and campaigns.
     

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and social media platforms.
  • Strong visual eye and understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Photography and basic product styling experience are highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
