Support business expansion operations for a Grammy-winning global music icon whose work includes iconic contributions to one of Disney's most successful franchises.
Work on commercial development, revenue operations, and strategic capital research for an artist with:
- Grammy Award, Tony nominations
- Collaborations with Hans Zimmer, Quincy Jones, Beyoncé
- Major 2025 international tour, documentary in production
- Active operations across US and South Africa
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Choose one track based on your skills:
Commercial Development
- Research high-ticket speaking engagements (universities, corporate summits)
- Identify brand partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Analyze tour markets and venue expansion
- Build CRM pipeline, track outreach campaigns
- Goal: 20-30 qualified contacts per month
Revenue Operations
- Support tour settlement and royalty audits
- Create asset ledgers for equipment across US/international operations
- Track budget variance and expenditure analysis
- Verify financial documentation
- Goal: Monthly financial reports and asset tracking
Strategic Capital
- Research international arts grants and cultural preservation funding
- Support visa/work permit research for international touring
- Analyze cross-border business structures
- Prepare grant opportunity dossiers
- Goal: 5-10 funding opportunities identified per month
- Remote: Flexible scheduling around classes
- Hours: 10-20 per week
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Strong research skills (grants, contacts, market data)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and budgets
- Systematic problem-solver
- Professional written communication
Preferred:
- Business, Economics, Law, or Public Policy background
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Entertainment, venture capital, or consulting experience
