Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Representative based in Ontario, CA. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and achieving designated sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting market research to identify prospects, maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients, and coordinating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. This role requires effective communication and a commitment to expanding the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, strategic planning, and business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and drive results
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
- High level of professionalism and a customer-centered approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
