Location: Hybrid (Atlanta based preferred but can be flexible)
Time Commitment: 10 hours/week
Eligibility: College juniors or seniors (Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related fields preferred)

Honey to Cocoa is a Techstars-backed AI beauty startup revolutionizing how people of color shop for makeup. We use biometric data and AI to deliver hyper-personalized makeup recommendations. We're building a marketplace that connects consumers with products that actually match—and beauty brands with the customers they’ve been missing.

 

🎥 What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and beauty-obsessed Content Creation Intern to help bring our vision to life across IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll be responsible for:

Filming and editing short-form content for social platforms (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Researching trends across platforms and pitching new video ideas weekly

Planning and executing shoots (we provide lighting equipment if needed)

Writing captions, selecting music, and optimizing for engagement

Creating beauty content that’s educational, entertaining, and aligned with our brand tone

A junior or senior in college, studying marketing, media, journalism, beauty, or a related field

You’re plugged into beauty culture and social media trends

You know how to edit videos on your phone or computer using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar

You’re comfortable filming yourself or others, or directing behind the scenes

You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions—you're constantly looking for what’s next

You have a smartphone or camera you can record with

Bonus points if you’ve already posted your own content or worked on content for a brand
