Stuller’s Merchandising division is made up of a dynamic team of subject matter experts in each jewelry product category. These specialized teams focus on developing and buying products, managing inventory levels and pricing, working with marketing to execute promotions and publications, and so much more! Findings and Fabricated Metals merchandising team develops business strategies including development of a strong product line in this sector, manages pricing, handles inventory, and leverages promotional tools to boost profitability. They collaborate with vendors and internal teams to curate this collection.
The Findings Merchandising Intern will support the Merchandising team with a primary focus on the Findings category. This role offers hands-on experience supporting high-impact projects tied to Stuller’s 2026 growth strategy. The intern will gain real-world exposure by analyzing product data, contributing to future merchandising standards, updating live product information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring enhancements to life on Stuller.com. Additionally, the intern will play a key role in building the foundation for a new weight-based categorization system that will shape future Findings standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Findings product data and make recommendations for go-forward standards
- Assist with laying the groundwork for categorizing Findings by weight
- Update data on existing Findings products as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
- Work closely with the Digital Merchandising team to implement updates on Stuller.com
- Support multiple projects aligned with the 2026 Merchandising business plan
Basic Qualifications:
- Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately with data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with data analysis or product data
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or digital merchandising
- Interest in merchandising, supply chain, or product development
- Experience working on cross-functional projects
