Marketing & Design Intern (10–20 hrs/week)

Gazzebo is a next-generation B2B technology platform modernizing corporate travel procurement. We connect global travel buyers and suppliers through a trusted marketplace, AI-powered matchmaking, and a free RFx sourcing center built specifically for the business travel industry. Our mission is to replace outdated, manual sourcing processes with clarity, data, and community—helping buyers make better decisions and enabling suppliers to showcase their true capabilities.

We’re a small, fast-moving startup, and interns at Gazzebo work on real projects that ship.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with the founding team to support brand, marketing, and and design initiatives as we grow the platform.

Responsibilities include:

Designing visual assets for the website, presentations, and sales materials

Creating social media content for LinkedIn, including graphics, carousels, and short-form video

Producing motion graphics, animations, and video edits for product features, announcements, and brand storytelling

Supporting brand consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints

Assisting with marketing campaigns, launches, and platform announcements

Translating complex product ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives

Contributing creative ideas and helping shape the visual direction of the brand

This role offers real ownership, creative influence, and exposure to how a B2B technology platform launches in a global enterprise industry.

Required Skills

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation

Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

Strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals

Familiarity with social media content creation, especially LinkedIn

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet light deadlines

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Minimum Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university

Available 10–20 hours per week

Comfortable working in a startup environment with shifting priorities

Reliable, proactive, and open to feedback

Able to collaborate remotely with a distributed team

Nice to Have

Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, or B2B technology

Experience with website builders such as Wix or Webflow

Basic copywriting or content strategy experience

Interest in business travel, technology, or procurement (not required)
