About the Role:
As a Dining Room Server, you’ll work in a senior living community that provides a five-star dining experience for its residents. This is not a restaurant, hospital, or nursing home—it’s a residential community where your focus will be on creating exceptional dining experiences and meaningful connections.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting one or more mealtimes, serving breakfast, lunch, or dinner depending on the community’s schedule.
- Ensuring that residents receive exceptional dining service during their meals.
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience.
Typical Schedule:
- Breakfast begins around 7:00 AM
- Lunch begins around 11:00 AM
- Dinner begins around 4:30 PM, with service ending at approximately 7:30 PM
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 19+, as this role includes serving alcohol in accordance with state regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check.
