Pancho’s Rooftop & Cantina is looking for a friendly, organized Group Sales Intern to help follow up on private event and party inquiries at our South Loop location. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in sales, marketing, hospitality, or events to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do

Follow up with guests who inquire about private events and group dining

Communicate via email and phone to gather event details

Help schedule tours and assist with event proposals

Track leads and update sales notes

Support sales and marketing efforts to turn inquiries into booked events

What We’re Looking For

Current college or university student (any major welcome; hospitality, business, or marketing a plus)

Strong communication skills and professional email/phone etiquette

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Interested in sales, marketing, negotiation, or event planning

Available 15–20 hours per week. Hybrid in-office + WFH capabilities.
