Management and Leadership Internship (Spring)

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Kansas City still has openings for their Spring Internship in Management and Leadership. Budget interns get experience in client management, supply chain, logistics, sales, data, and operations.

There are several different paths an intern can take, depending on what they want to do with their career and time at Budget. Interns are trained and worked through a variety of tasks, however, and prepared for a career in the industry and business. General positions that interns have gone on to fill are:

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Manager

Airport Team Manger

Distribution Manager

Regional Manager

Managers tend to earn between $40K-$60K annually.

Budget's Internship dates are flexible within a few weeks of our posted start and end dates.

Requirements

Must be working towards a bachelor's or associates degree

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 18

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record
