Accounting Internship – Trucking Industry (Part-Time)
Location: Wyoming (ONSITE - Office-based)
Hours: 12–15 hours/week (Flexible)

Overview
Rosario Global Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support our trucking and logistics accounting operations. This role offers hands-on experience with real-world transportation finance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record and track load-related expenses (fuel, tolls, taxes, receipts)

Assist with driver settlements, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking

Reconcile fuel card transactions and expense documentation

Support IFTA reporting and compliance documentation

Prepare basic reports on load profitability and cost per mile

Help improve accounting processes, templates, and systems

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and organization

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Ability to manage time independently

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Ability to work on-site in Wyoming

Interest in trucking/logistics (experience not required)
