Location: Remote (US) - option to work in Austin, Texas
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $82,000/year + commission (60/40 Base- Commission)

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in fast-changing, early-stage environments (pre-Series C).

You’ll own the top of the funnel — driving both inbound and outbound growth — and partner closely with leadership to refine the go-to-market playbook.

This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, coachable, and energized by early-stage execution, not just ideas.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring fast, thoughtful follow-up.
  • Research and target green-field accounts, driving personalized outbound campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Conduct deep research into named accounts to map priorities, structure, and decision-makers.
  • Track activities, pipeline, and insights in Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences (some travel required).

What We’re Looking For

Seniority:

  • 1–2 years in a startup growth-generating function (sales, partnerships, or marketing).
  • Open to recent college grads with track record of high performance (athletics, clubs, ect..)

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking activity and insights.
  • Ability to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that resonates.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Naturally curious, adaptable, and proactive.
