Job Description

The Marketing/Media Specialist manages all branding, digital presence, and marketing efforts for Churchill & Banks developments, including major projects such as East Point. This role focuses on content creation, advertising, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects
• Manage website content and property listings
• Create professional photo, video, and drone content
• Manage social media accounts and advertising campaigns
• Design marketing materials, brochures, signage, and presentations
• Coordinate branding for new developments and lease-up campaigns
• Track campaign performance and generate marketing reports
• Work with leasing and development teams to align messaging
• Manage third-party marketing vendors and platforms
