Marketing Generalist

Overview
The Marketing Generalist is the coordinating force that keeps our creative ecosystem moving forward. This role sits at the center of several high-impact initiatives, including an upcoming book launch, the 1M Manifesto Movement, our YouTube platform, and our service business working with some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

Your work brings clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-moving creative environment. You will help organize priorities across design, video, and social media; translate ideas into actionable next steps; and ensure content calendars and project timelines stay on track. This role is critical to turning creative energy into consistent execution and weekly deliverables.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full marketing lifecycle from concept through execution and launch.
  • Develop and organize creative briefs, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects across design, video, and social media to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and manage content calendars, project trackers, and deadlines.
  • Support influencer outreach, communication tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Organize creative assets, ensuring files, links, and documentation are accurate and accessible.
  • Gather and synthesize performance insights to support optimization and future planning.
  • Proactively identify gaps, misalignment, or blockers and bring clarity and focus back to the team.
  • Support weekly planning and alignment to ensure the team remains connected to goals, priorities, and the broader mission.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, content operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to take ownership, work independently, and proactively solve problems.
  • Comfort collaborating across creative functions including design, video, and social media.

 

Preferred

Experience supporting content marketing, digital media, or brand campaigns.

Familiarity with content calendars, marketing workflows, and creative production processes.

Basic understanding of social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.

Experience with tools such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar project management platforms.

Exposure to influencer marketing, launches, or campaign-based work.
