Position Overview

As a Softball Instructor at D-BAT Columbus, you will have the opportunity to work with kids aged 7–11, sharing your love for the game while helping players build strong fundamentals and confidence. We believe in creating a fun, engaging, and positive learning environment that fosters a lifelong appreciation for softball.

Responsibilities

Conduct softball training sessions for young athletes

Develop and implement age-appropriate coaching strategies

Communicate effectively with parents, providing feedback on player progress

Utilize high-level training technology available at our facility

Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule

Qualifications

Experience coaching kids aged 7–11 in softball

Passion for teaching and developing young athletes

Strong communication skills with both parents and staff

Responsible, punctual, and committed to player development

Ability to create a positive, fun, and encouraging learning atmosphere
