Summer Intern Program

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The Summer Intern Program is a 10-week hybrid experience (June – August) designed to immerse students in the business, mission, and culture of Reliance Matrix. Our intern program is designed to follow our enterprise three day hybrid schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as required in office days.

Internship Requirements: 

  • Student pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong GPA and communication skills
  • Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation
  • Prior work, community involvement, or voluntary experience (Insurance industry experience a plus)
  • Able to commit to a 3 day hybrid office schedule in Philadelphia

 


 

The expected hiring range for this position is $17.00 - $21.03 hourly for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.


Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
