Construction Sales & Design Specialist

We are seeking a construction sales member to join our team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

  • client relations
  • planning/ scheduling
  • material takeoffs
  • creation of estimates and job proposals
  • budget tracking
  • owner walks and project closeouts

Experience and Qualifications:

  • valid drivers license
  • strong communication and technical writing skills
  • experience with Pool Studio, Google sheets, Microsoft excel, Bluebeam, and Buildertrend are preferred but not required
