AAPC Foundation Summer Internship at Aristotle International

AAPC Foundation Summer Internship at Aristotle International

The AAPC Foundation Summer Internship Program offers students a full-time, paid, nine-week applied learning experience with a designated AAPC member firm. Interns gain practical skills, professional networks, and insight into how campaigns, data, and technology shape civic engagement—preparing them to become the next generation of leaders in the field.

Aristotle’s mission is to further the democratic process—regardless of political affiliation. Founded in 1983 by two brothers looking to create the first campaign finance and reporting database, Aristotle has grown into a globally recognized, full-service firm. Headquartered on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., Aristotle offers a wide range of products and services, including technology solutions for political campaigns, PACs, and grassroots organizations; award-winning data analytics and machine learning tools; professional consulting for PACs and grassroots efforts; and compliance services led by a former two-term Federal Election Commission Chairman. Aristotle’s seasoned professionals provide customized solutions, top-notch account management, expert training, and 24/7 live support.

Aristotle’s National Data team is seeking an intern with an interest in politics, research, and/or data analysis. This internship provides hands-on experience in data and IT consulting. Interns will work closely with all members of the National Data team and may have opportunities to collaborate with other departments based on interest.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Aristotle team members with various projects
  • Collect data and compile research into large Excel files
  • Learn Aristotle’s online platform, VoterListsOnline, to support client needs

This position is ideal for candidates who are:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
  • Interested in politics, research, and/or data analysis
  • Excellent with verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
