On the founder side, we cut fundraising cycles down by months by getting startups investment-ready end to end: data room readiness, KPI and financial models, narratives that holds up under scrutiny, and matchmaking. The role
This is a junior, high-output marketing role built for someone who wants to learn fast by doing real work that matters. You will be close to the customer, close to the product, and close to the CEO. You will ship constantly, get direct feedback, and build instincts quickly.
If you want the equivalent of an MBA in venture and go-to-market, this is it: a front-row seat to how startups raise, how investors decide, and what actually moves pipeline, activation, and revenue. Expect to drink from the firehose.

What you’ll be working on
- Create founder education content: short posts, simple guides, checklists, teardown-style learnings, and email drafts
- Support founder community: seed conversations, recruit champions, keep the community warm, and turn recurring questions into content
- Collect customer proof: pull stories and outcomes and turn them into case studies, quotes, and shareable artifacts
- Support light outbound to founders: list building, sequencing, follow-ups, and tracking (tools like Apollo or equivalent)
- Keep systems clean: Notion databases, content calendar, partner trackers, CRM hygiene
- Help with simple funnels: landing pages, lead magnets, nurture sequences, and onboarding assets
- Use automation to create leverage: Zapier, ChatGPT, and lightweight workflows that save time
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills required
- Strong writing and communication: you can explain complex ideas clearly to smart, busy people
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- High personal productivity: you get a lot done without needing constant direction
- Comfort learning tools quickly (Notion, Google Docs, Slack, basic CRM, email tools)
- Self-starter who can manage up: you surface problems early and propose solutions
- 1–2 years in a startup, community, media, VC/accelerator ecosystem, or similarly high-tempo environment
Nice-to-haves
- You have supported a newsletter or consistent content series
- You have moderated a community
- You have used outbound tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
- You have used automation tools to create efficiencies
How we measure success
- Consistent output cadence (content shipped, community activity supported, systems kept current)
- Measurable lift in qualified founder inbound and activation
- Strong operational hygiene (everything is findable, trackable, and useful)
Compensation
Starting salary for this position is $70,000 per year with equity.
