ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is designed for someone who wants to understand how a creative agency actually functions by being closely involved in both project coordination and agency operations. As our Marketing & Production Intern, you will support our Engagement (Client Service & Production) team across client work, internal coordination, and administrative execution. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for a detail-oriented creative problem solver who enjoys keeping things organized, jumping in where needed, and helping a team run smoothly.
DETAILS
• Duration: Minimum 3 months
• Schedule: ~20 hours/week
• Location: Hybrid; ideally in-office (NYC) on Tuesdays and Thursdays (flexible to accommodate schedules)
• Requirements: Rising senior or recent graduate in Design or a related field
• Compensation: $20/hour
• Academic Credit: Available if applicable
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll support the day-to-day execution that keeps both client work and internal operations running smoothly. This includes a mix of project coordination, administrative support, and operational problem-solving across the agency:
- Project Support: Track deadlines, update budgets, and assist with expense reporting.
- Meeting Coordination: Capture notes and follow up on action items to keep the team on track.
- Creative & Research: Conduct market research and format presentation decks for client meetings.
- Digital & Office Ops: Maintain organized digital files, use AI tools for efficiency, and assist with daily office logistics.
- Team Assistance: Provide general support across various projects and operational tasks as needed.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be proactive, adaptable, and ready to jump into both digital and physical tasks:
- Education: Must be a rising Senior, current Graduate Student, or Recent Graduate (Brand, Communications, Marketing, or related field).
- "Can-Do" Mindset: A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to handle "no task is too small" assignments—from PA runs to facility needs.
- Operational Execution: Experience in project coordination (tracking deadlines/budgets) and a high degree of comfort with logistics.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and experience formatting high-end Presentation Decks.
- Tech Literacy: Curiosity and a "figure-it-out" approach to AI tools and new software.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and the reliability to manage in-office responsibilities on set days.
