We’re searching for an experienced restuarant General Manager to lead and guide our operation! Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation including financial performance, product quality, guest satisfaction, safety, and employee development processes.

The General Manager will enjoy:

  • Tracking and reporting financial information to management
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring staff seeking opportunities to grow and develop with the Company
  • Prepares timely financial reports for senior management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and forecasts
  • Provides input and implements long and short-range financial objectives to meet profitability goals
  • Fosters a positive relationship witht the community and local clients

Requirements:

  • Possess professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work a variety of days, weekends and holidays
  • Possess financial tracking and reporting skills and adept at creating and managing budgets
  • Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating teams· Prior hospitality leadership experience

Education:

  • High school graduate (or equivalent)
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred) in business, hospitality management or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years operations or general management experience (preferably in hospitality)
  • Food and beverage management experience required (at least 3 years)
