Director of Admissions/Administrative Assistant
Matthews Christian Academy is seeking someone who can coordinate the admissions process for grades K4-12: advertising/marketing, school tours, scheduling testing, gathering records from previous teachers & schools, and communicating with the families through the process. Assists with various special projects as assigned by the administrator. Creates content & maintains MCA social media profiles. Connects with alumni & creates alumni events. Coordinates community service projects for students. Oversees job shadowing experiences and college counseling for high school students.
In addition to supervise and participate in extracurricular activities as assigned. Perform any additional duties assigned by the administration. Provide input and constructive recommendations for administrative and managerial functions in the school. Support the broader program of the school by attending optional extracurricular activities whenever possible.
