About Big Head Bob
Big Head Bob is a fast-growing educational entertainment brand that blends storytelling, art, and mental wellness themes through books, plushies, stickers, videos, and live experiences. Our products include NASA inspired keychain plushies, original books, collectible stickers, and more. We are building a brand people actually care about and now we are looking for creators who want to grow with us. I have managed multimillion dollar sales teams and am happy to pass on my knowledge to you.

The Role
This internship is perfect for existing creators with followings and/or experienced sales people who love making short-form content and want more real-world sales experience. You will create engaging content that showcases Big Head Bob products and helps drive sales. You earn commission on every sale you generate, so the harder you go, the more you earn. 

What You’ll Do

-Create short-form content for your own personal or business platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Etsy, and similar

-Feature Big Head Bob products such as NASA plush keychains, stickers, books, and merchandise that you like or would use for yourself or family

-Use your own creative voice to tell product stories in a fun, authentic way

-Share tracked links or codes to drive measurable sales

-Test different content styles to see what converts best

-Collaborate with the Big Head Bob team on campaigns, launches, and ideas

Compensation

-Hourly pay and commission based pay on all tracked sales you generate

-High performing interns may receive bonuses, free products, and paid project opportunities

Time Commitment
Flexible with 2-5 hours a week.  This role is results-driven, not hour-driven. Create, post, test, repeat.
