Social Media Growth Intern: 4 Podcast Brands to choose from
A Mental Health Break - That Entrepreneur Show - Writing with Authors - Pod O Clock

Looking for 4 accountable, coachable social media interns to help grow four podcast brands. Each intern will primarily focus on one show but follow the same clear growth‑driven structure.

What you’ll do (3‑month tryout with Monthly Bonus for Completed Goals)

  • Plan, draft, and schedule content (Reels, posts, Stories) for one assigned podcast account.
  • Turn podcast moments into short‑form clips, quotes, graphics, and carousels tailored to that audience.
  • Track weekly metrics: follower growth, reach, saves, comments, and shares.
  • Test hooks, captions, formats, and posting times to increase growth and engagement over time.

How success is measured

  • Follower growth over the 3‑month period.
  • Engagement trends (likes, comments, shares, saves, replies).
  • Consistency, reliability, and implementation of feedback.
  • The only way success is judged is growth and engagement over time.

  • Accountable: you hit deadlines, communicate clearly, and own your work.
  • Coachable: you are open to feedback and willing to experiment and learn.
  • Demonstrated interest in social media growth (your own accounts, side projects, or prior roles).
  • Basic familiarity with Instagram (especially Reels), plus at least one of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn.
  • Professional, respectful communication—especially important for mental health and entrepreneur‑focused audiences.

Compensation & structure

After 3 months, performance is reviewed based purely on growth and engagement; strong results may lead to a fully paid position.
