Salary $70,000 ~ $80,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Key Role Oversee HR, payroll, and general affairs operations for the U.S. entity, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and legal compliance through HRIS-based processes. Support stable organizational operations with seamless communication with Korean headquarters.
Primary Responsibilities
HR and Payroll Management
- Manage accuracy of payroll, overtime, PTO, and deductions while ensuring FLSA compliance
- Operate full HRIS processes (onboarding, time & attendance, payroll processing, offboarding)
- Handle employee inquiries and manage benefits data
General Affairs
- Oversee office operations, shared expenses, vendor and contract management
- Manage internal controls and operational risk
- Supervise compliance with federal and state labor laws
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in U.S. payroll operations and HRIS required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
- Experience in headquarters-subsidiary or multinational environments preferred
Work Environment Standard office setting (Duluth, GA headquarters) Overtime possible during monthly/quarterly closings (by agreement)
