Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines customer service, sales, and marketing, and plays a critical role in both our showroom experience and our brand visibility. You’ll be the face of Starwood Customs for walk-in customers, assist in vehicle customization planning, and capture content to showcase our work online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers; serve as a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact
- Guide customers through the vehicle customization process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with technicians to document build details and timelines
- Take high-quality before and after photos of vehicles for marketing and customer records
- Create and post engaging social media content featuring completed builds and shop culture
- Maintain showroom organization
- Support the sales team with quotes, invoices, and product information
- Assist with email campaigns, digital marketing, and event planning
- Track and report on marketing performance and customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (automotive industry a plus)
- Proficiency with social media platforms and smartphone photography
- Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace; experience with Shopify, Canva, or CRM systems is a plus
- Passion for vehicles and the customization lifestyle
