Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and build a high-performing team. This strategic leadership role will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across online and offline channels. You'll oversee digital marketing, content creation, partnerships, and analytics while building a team while we scale.
Ideal for a hands-on leader with a track record of scaling brands. This position is perfect for someone ready to own marketing end-to-end in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including budgeting, campaign planning, and ROI measurement.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives: SEO/SEM, paid ads (Google, Facebook, YouTube), email marketing, and e-commerce optimization (if applicable).
- Oversee content and creative development: Brand storytelling, video production, social media, website content, and collateral for dealers/installers.
- Manage channel partnerships: Build relationships with builders, contractors, retailers, and influencers in the home vacuum/central vacuum space.
- Analyze performance: Track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, LTV) using tools like Google Analytics, and provide data-driven insights and reports.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a marketing team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, product, and operations teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and engage end user fleets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bonus if you have 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Marketing Manager or Director at a mid-sized brand).
- Proven success scaling revenue through marketing in consumer goods
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), and CRM/email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B marketing
- Experience managing budgets ($200k+ annually) and agencies/freelancers.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
