These two (2) positions are for administrative assistants in the Division of Environmental Remediation. Duties of the positions will include typing and finalizing complex documents for all seven bureaus in Central Office, as well as for all nine regional offices; coordinate the reserve meeting rooms; report assembly; answer calls; open and stamp certain applications; open and process mail; assist with technology needs; update spreadsheets and databases; complete special projects and duties.
