Job Summary

The CRM Support Representative works to support various groups within the Insurance Operations Department, including CRM, Service Center, and Billing.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the Insurance Operations Department.
  • Responsible for working various reports.
  • Handles daily policy renewal and endorsement review and mailing.
  • Documents all customer related activities on appropriate systems.
  • Processes dealer and bank required paperwork requests.
  • Entry and coordination of book rolls.  Quoting for potential future business.
  • Helps support backend agency setups/automation.
  • May be required to determine solutions to unique problems that require action or input by other employees within his/her authority.
  • Performs other activities as required.

 

Qualifications

  • College degree is preferred
  • Superior customer service skills required
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Some knowledge of Mass Auto and Homeowners lines of business is preferred
  • Strong technical skills, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
