Job description
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will be instrumental in showcasing our clients' products and services through engaging, in-store promotions. These promotions are strategically placed in retail environments where customers are ready to make purchasing decisions, allowing us to connect with them in meaningful ways. By directly engaging with customers, our approach empowers them to make confident, informed choices about the products they purchase.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers and facilitating product promotions
- Participating in hands-on training under the guidance of experienced managers
- Coordinating with clients to execute in-store marketing strategies
- Continuously updating knowledge on our product offerings and services
Our trainees receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders, gaining valuable insights into areas such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operational management. We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)
- Build strong rapport with customers and clients
- Are capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Display a positive attitude and professionalism
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hold a High School Diploma or higher; Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is a plus
