Responsibility:
1. Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates
2. Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open positions
3. Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates
4. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
5. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
6. Extends and negotiates offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
7. Communicates results and organizes start dates with candidate
8. Consistently meets or exceeds high volume staffing metrics on a weekly basis
9. Ensures the recruitment process life cycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire
10. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media,
11. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Qualification:
1. 2 year and above pervious recruiting experience
2. Valid to work in the US
3. Bilingual in Chinese and English
