Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all treatments in compliance with state regulations.
- Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations) and report findings appropriately.
- Chart patient assessments, care, and outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, infection control standards, and agency protocols.
- Perform skilled nursing tasks including drawing labs, providing and teaching wound care, and educating patients and families on disease processes.
- Utilize a wide range of hands on nursing skills in a home health setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- RN licensed in WV who is passionate about home health
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
- A heart for service and a commitment to our mission
- Valid Drivers License
