Compensation: $56,000 – $70,000 annually ($27–33/hour)
Employment Arrangement
This position will initially be hired through a staffing agency (with more flexible sponsorship and benefits options). The employee will work closely with the company team on a daily basis. Based on performance, there is an opportunity to convert to the company’s payroll after approximately three months.

Due to continued business growth, we are hiring an HR Specialist to support daily recruiting activities and coordinate HR operations across multiple warehouse locations. This role works closely with headquarters and regional operations teams to support stable operations and company expansion.
ResponsibilitiesRecruiting (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for office-based professional roles, including Administrative, HR, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service positions
- Support recruitment for warehouse and operations roles, including but not limited to:
Warehouse Supervisor / Lead
Sorter / Picker / Packer
Driver
- Post job openings, maintain recruiting channels, and assist in building and updating candidate pipelines
- Coordinate remotely with office and warehouse managers in Houston, California, and New Jersey to confirm hiring needs, start dates, and role assignments
- Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, issue offers, and assist with pre-onboarding documentation
Onboarding, Offboarding, and Transfers
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes, including form preparation, document collection, verification, and submission
- Provide onboarding guidance and basic process training for new hires or transferred employees, including documentation checklists, system or form usage, and policy acknowledgements
- Coordinate with headquarters and regional offices to ensure consistency and timely information flow across locations
Employee Records and Documentation
- Maintain and update employee files, including document uploads, record retention, updates, and access control
- Track and archive company policy acknowledgements, training records, and related documentation
Timekeeping and Payroll Support
- Compile and review time and attendance data for last-mile operations in California, New Jersey, and Houston
- Identify and resolve attendance exceptions and support payroll-related calculations and data reconciliation
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to confirm accuracy
Warehouse HR Support and Communication
- Support daily HR-related communication with warehouse employees, including basic inquiries, process notifications, and policy communication
- Assist with on-site training logistics, including scheduling, sign-in sheets, recordkeeping, and material preparation
Other HR Duties
- Complete additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management
Key Competencies
- Approximately one year or more of HR-related work experience
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and basic compliance requirements
- Ability to communicate frequently and effectively via phone, email, and messaging tools with teams across California, Texas, and New Jersey
- Strong ability to break down HR processes such as onboarding, transfers, offboarding, training, documentation, and timekeeping into clear task lists and drive them to completion
- Clear communicator with strong follow-up and execution skills
- Willingness to travel short-term to support on-site warehouse operations and cross-location collaboration
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, able to handle employee communication, emails, forms, and process explanations
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with clear prioritization
- Capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Authorized to work and report income legally in the United States
- Willing to participate in an initial warehouse rotation to understand on-site HR workflows and operational pace
- Strong sense of confidentiality regarding employee information
Preferred Experience
- Experience with timekeeping, scheduling, or labor hour tracking, preferably in warehouse or operations environments
- Experience with onboarding, paperwork processing, and training tracking
- Experience working with multi-state teams or cross-time-zone coordination
