AI Solutions Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a business-focused, entry-level AI Solutions Analyst to join our team. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for researching, configuring, and integrating AI tools to improve business processes and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking a problem, leveraging company tools, and independently designing a solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct self-directed research on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Configure and integrate AI tools within existing systems, including Microsoft, JobBOSS ERP, and Salesforce.
  • Partner with external vendors to evaluate and implement new AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with non-technical teams to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions.
  • Develop proof-of-concept projects and document findings for leadership review.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share recommendations and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and automation tools; willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Microsoft, JobBOSS ERP, and Salesforce (preferred).


Work Environment:

This position will work in an office setting that requires a casual to business casual dress code.
