Entry-Level Sales Associate

Skyline Marketing Agency Inc. is hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Associates in Tucson, AZ. This is a full-time, W-2 employee position. In this position, you will represent our clients through face-to-face, in-store sales and marketing at approved retail locations. 

This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and professional development. No prior sales experience is required — paid training is provided.

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person at retail locations to promote client products and services
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions to customers
• Generate leads in a face-to-face environment
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training

Compensation

• Base Pay + Commission
• Base Pay: $600–$800 per week (paid weekly)
• Commission: Uncapped performance-based commissions
• Average earnings are based on standard performance — no top-earner projections are used

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No previous sales experience necessary — paid training provided
