Social Media Coordinator
Position type: Part-time, paid (college student / early talent)
Location: Austin preferred. Open to remote for the right fit

We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator to help grow one of the most viral and talked-about dating experiences in Austin as it expands nationwide.
This role is ideal for a college student who wants real, hands-on experience owning a social media account from strategy to execution. You’ll turn live dating show moments into short-form video content that drives growth on Instagram and TikTok.
What you’ll do
- Manage and grow Instagram + TikTok accounts
- Edit short-form video content (Reels / TikTok)
- Help shape content strategy focused on reach and engagement
- Track what performs and iterate quickly
Skills we’re looking for
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of social trends, memes, and dating culture
- Creative storytelling and attention to detail
- Reliable communication and self-direction
- No prior professional experience required. You just need to know content.
