Pay: $50,000+ (based on experience, performance, and certifications)

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Assess customer needs and match them to the perfect Ford model
  • Deliver standout walkarounds and test-drive experiences that highlight features
  • Present financing, lease, and purchase options with clarity and trust
  • Close deals with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and nurture relationships with past customers
  • Stay current on model updates, incentives, and competitive market offerings 

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has sales experience
  • Demonstrates strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities
  • Is goal-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and maintains a clean driving record

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required)
  • History of success in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation:

  • $50,000 - $100,000+
  • Salary + Bonus and Commission 
  • (Total Compensation is based upon experience, performance, etc.)
